MGM vs Grokster will be heard by the supreme court on Mar 29th, 2005. The Electronic Frontier Foundation, who are defending the makers of Morpheus, also named in the suit, are publishing a list of other commonly used devices and inventions that would potentially be made illegal if MGM prevailed.
