10 days ago we signed a new lease; since then, we’ve been renovating in our spare time. I will post images periodically to show progress.
This is a view from the top floor at the back looking out over the main commercial space. When we took over the lease, the floor was covered in this ugly & dirty carpet; there was a drop ceiling covering the six skylights; the door at the front was non-optimal; overhangs surrounded the room, cutting out space. All this shall change. Stay tuned!
