So under both the fake wood vinyl upstairs, and also many of the rigid vinyl tiles downstairs, was a layer of felt. This stuff was nasty. While I chipped tiles last weekend, Kerstin scraped felt.
This one is upstairs at the back.
This one is downstairs — notice the bags of already scraped felt in the background.
This image shows the last two major patches of felt in the main space. Logan tackled the one the foreground (which extends well behind the camera), while Will had the unrivaled pleasure of extended close company with the background island. Meanwhile, I stood around peeping on my football coach’s whistle, giving the occasional lash of whip where encouragement was needed.
