Special operations forces do it all the time. Creating illusions is one of the most advanced tactical techniques in modern warfare. The technology actually came from UFOs that create the illusions of their presence to measure the human terrestrial reactions.

Pulsating electromagnetic fields and rate of change with respect to that of earth’s is used to create the illusion effects. According to many contemporary scientists the illusions are created with the help of higher spatial dimensions that replicate physical three dimensions while staging the actual presence from higher dimensions.

An UFO can easily project it self to propagate in a specific latitude and longitude while actually moving along a different reference point at a point of time. The illusion effects created by UFOs are fast moving and can change very rapidly. Sometimes these techniques are used to divert the attention away from the actual areas of operations.
