The India Daily crew sure come up with a lot of scoops regarding Alien civilizations.
While type II, III alien civilizations and I use UFOs to travel, the type IV civilization are super advanced. They do not need to travel with UFOs.
They bend time and space to bring everything to them instead of traveling to that spot. Let us explain the concept from basics:
To understand the concept, imagine you have to travel from New York to New Delhi, two points in the opposite sides of the globe. Now think you have the technology of freezing time and then get back to current time. At 9AM (or any other time of a particular day), you take the instance of the globe and freeze it for travel. Now assume the globe is made of paper or some other flexible material. Now you deform the globe and bring NY and New Delhi touch each other. Then travel from NY to New Delhi instantaneously because the distance is really very little since you deformed the globe. After completing the travel you put the globe back to its original configuration. And you transfer yourself to the current time.
Actually, I have a confession to make to regular readers. I am in fact a super advanced type IV alien, and I am bending reality to my will AS YOU READ THIS!! Muhahahah.
These guys have a whole cosmology worked out. Type III alien civilizations? Cool.
But where are they getting the electromagnetic and anti-gravity force fields that can bring them through a wormhole or a blackhole or a neutron star? The answer lies in tapped ZPEs – Zero Point Energies from the quantum vacuum – the Hyperspace. The type III alien civilization has mastered the means of reversing the sense of the ZPE vector. A vector is something that has magnitude, direction and sense. The ZPE modules works through the Fermions, Blackholes and Neutron stars to provide the electromagnetic and gravity force fields in the physical universe. The aliens of type III civilization use the ZPE tapped from the Hyperspace but they conveniently reverse the vector to generate enormous and endless source of antigravity propulsion, electromagnetic stealth, navigation and armor.
Scientists and engineers that have tried to use superconductors onboard of spaceship to generate antigravity propulsion know how difficult that becomes. As a matter of fact it is impossible to travel space using the superconductors as means of generating anti-gravity forces.
This stuff is great.
Now scientists are getting early indication of what is behind these advanced alien ships in obtaining the electromagnetic force fields. The Physical Universe is connected with the underlying Hyperspace by some sparsely distributed particle size small windows called Fermions. These Fermions literally connect our universe with the 5-D Hyperspace.
The suction from the Hyperspace through the Fermions create the gravity and the electromagnetic force fields. The Fermions exist in 5-D and hence are virtual in 3-D space of our physical Universe. These Fermions are the opening to the Hyperspace from the 3-D space of our Physical Universe. The extraterrestrial UFOs can easily detect these Fermions since the alien space ships are also real in 5-D Hyperspace and virtual in 3-D space. They use the Fermions to tap the suction from the Hyperspace and divert the electromagnetic force fields towards its propagation, navigation, stealth and armor engines.
Fermions really do exist:

They are indistinguishable, have antisymmetric wave functions, and obey Fermi-Dirac statistics. Fermions obey Fermi-Dirac statistics.

Scientists are slowing understanding the mechanism by which extraterrestrial UFOs pass through the Blackholes to visit us in the physical universe from the parallel universe. The passage through the point of singularity in the Blackhole is not easy and straightforward.
